Ao no Orchestra

Hajime Aono, a former violin prodigy whose passion for music was dimmed by a scandal involving his father, has since withdrawn from playing the violin. Now in his final year of middle school and living a quieter life with his mother, Hajime faces uncertainty about his future and academic path. His mundane routine is disrupted when he encounters Ritsuko Akine, a fiery beginner violinist with ambitions to join a high school renowned for its orchestra club. Inspired by her determination and reconnecting with the musical world through her, Hajime begins to feel the stirrings of his old dreams.

Their budding friendship rekindles Hajime's interest in the violin, pulling him back into the world of music that he had left behind. As Hajime contemplates returning to the stage, he must confront his past traumas associated with his father's downfall and rediscover his own voice through the strings of his violin. Together with Ritsuko, he prepares to audition for the prestigious Umimaku High School, challenging himself to embrace the joys and pains of music once again.
