Summary
Rinku Aimoto has recently moved back to Japan and is attending Yoba Academy, a school where DJ units—groups of DJs, vocalists, and dancers—are very popular. At Yoba, she meets Maho Akashi, an aspiring DJ who teaches Rinku the basics of DJing. After watching a performance by the famous DJ unit Peaky P-key, the two decide to form their own DJ unit.
Rinku and Maho recruit Muni Oonaruto, Rinku's childhood friend and a talented artist, as well as Rei Togetsu, a shy but caring pianist. Together they form the group Happy Around and work to become one of the top DJ units in the country.
