Summary
Anime Made in Abyss: Hourou Suru Tasogare is a compilation of episodes 9-13 from the 2017 television series. Riko and Reg explore the Abyss, venturing to its third layer. Here, Riko experiences the Curse for the first time. The two continue into the fourth layer, where Riko is injured by an Orbed Piercer. Reg valiantly tries to save her. Thankfully, Nanachi appears, curing Riko's poisoned arm in return for a favor - to kill Mitty, Nanachi's immortal companion. In gratitude, Nanachi joins Riko and Reg on their journey to reach the bottom of the Abyss.
