Summary
Anime Made in Abyss: Tabidachi no Yoake follows the story of Riko, a young girl who dives into a vast and dangerous abyss in pursuit of her mysterious mother. Accompanied by her robot companion Reg, Riko plummets down to the second layer, where she meets Ozen, a White Whistle whose knowledge of the abyss helps Riko understand more about her mother. The movie adaptation is compiled from episodes 1-8 of the 2017 TV series, with newly added content for the introduction.
