Mieruko-chan

Miko Yotsuya stares at her phone, studiously ignoring the disturbing monster in her face. This creature speaks with an eerie voice, "Can you see me?" It's been like this ever since that fateful day -- Miko is the only one who can see these invisible monsters roaming among humans. It would be enough to scare anyone else to tears, but Miko is brave and determined to ignore them, no matter the cost.

Despite her efforts, the monsters still cause trouble for the people around her, especially her best friend Hana Yurikawa. Miko is determined to protect Hana, and does her best to maintain her normal school life and avoid any further crises. She's not sure if she can make it, but she's determined to give it her all.
