Ikebukuro West Gate Park

Ikebukuro is a bustling Tokyo district with many businesses and gangs. Makoto Majima is the infamous "troubleshooter" who mediates between warring factions. He works with the G-Boys, a powerful gang led by Takashi Andou, to keep the peace in Ikebukuro.

However, the new faction "Red Angels" is moving in on the G-Boys' turf, causing tensions to rise. With numerous enemies scattered around and within the G-Boys, Makoto must navigate through the streets to troubleshoot problems. As he does so, he begins to unravel a plot that could trigger an all-out war and threaten the entire district.
