Yurei Deco

In the cyber city of Tom Sawyer, the residents live a peaceful life under the government's careful management. They use a device called Deco, a hologram implanted in their eyes from a young age, to receive "Love," a type of digital currency where citizens can obtain services and customize their avatars.

However, Berry, a young girl, discovers the hidden secrets of the city when her Deco malfunctions, revealing a mysterious prankster called Hack. She believes Hack to be Phantom Zero, a criminal who takes all Love away within the vicinity. As she chases Hack to uncover the truth, Berry discovers that the seemingly vibrant city of Tom Sawyer hides a darker nature.
