Boukyaku Battery (TV)

Haruka Kiyomine and Kei Kaname, once a legendary battery duo in junior high baseball, unexpectedly end up at Tokyo Municipal Kotesashi High School, a place hardly known for its involvement in baseball. Along with them, other former baseball stars who had been demoralized by their prowess in middle school and had since given up the sport also enroll at Kotesashi. The arrival of these once-great players sparks the formation of an entirely new baseball club, breathing life into the latent dreams of returning to the diamond.

As Kiyomine, with his powerful pitches, and Kaname, with his strategic game management, begin to rekindle their old rhythm, they also help inspire their new teammates to pick up their gloves and bats again. Together, they face the daunting task of building a reputable baseball team from the ground up in a school that has never shone in this sport. Each practice and game brings them closer not only to each other but also to reclaiming their lost identities as baseball players. Their high school years promise a journey of transformation, challenging them to push beyond their past shadows to achieve new heights in the world of high school baseball.
