Summary
Eijun Sawamura loses his final middle school baseball game with a stray pitch and vows with his teammates to reach the national tournament in high school. His life changes when a scout from Tokyo's prestigious Seidou High School notices his unique pitching style and invites him to join their team. Encouraged by his friends, Eijun accepts the offer, eager to improve his skills and compete at a higher level.
At Seidou, Eijun faces fierce competition as he struggles to find his place among many skilled players. Determined to become the team's ace, he must compete with fellow first-year Satoru Furuya, whose powerful fastballs have already secured him a spot on the starting roster. Together with his talented new teammates, Eijun aims to help Seidou become the best baseball team in Japan, overcoming numerous formidable opponents along the way.
