Summary
Musashi and his friend Kojirou Kanemaki rescue Michiru Saruwatari from a demon and discover that Kojirou's father was part of the Uesugi clan. Kojirou and his Kanemaki clansmen join Uesugi's expedition to fight Yamata no Orochi, an eight-headed dragon on Awaji Island.
Musashi learns how to cooperate with his new allies, but the Obsidian Eight, a group seeking the Obsidian Goddess inside Musashi's body, is also trying to get it. To prevent them from succeeding, Musashi and his friends must stop the various factions from taking control.
