Angel Beats!

Otonashi awakens in the afterlife with no memory of his past and is immediately thrust into a conflict led by Yuri, the head of the Afterlife Battlefront. This group opposes the enigmatic Angel, who seemingly wants to eradicate all souls in this purgatorial high school. Despite initial doubts, Otonashi joins the fight, hoping to uncover the mysteries of this strange dimension.

As he engages in battles and slowly regains fragments of his memory, Otonashi begins to question the true nature of their enemy and the ethics of their rebellion. In his quest for answers, he learns that the afterlife holds unexpected secrets, and his decisions could alter the fate of everyone trapped in this limbo.
