Kanon (2006)

After seven years, Yuuichi Aizawa returns to the city he visited frequently as a child, though his memories of those times have faded away. Living with his cousin Nayuki and her mother Akiko, he starts attending the local school, where he meets several girls who seem to have connections to his forgotten past.
