Watashi wo Tabetai, Hitodenashi
This Monster Wants to Eat Me
Summary
On a quiet shoreline where the sea never stops calling, a withdrawn girl carries a wish she can’t bring herself to say out loud.
Her days shift when she crosses paths with Shiori, a transfer student whose calm kindness hides something inhuman. Shiori stays close—too close—promising safety from the creatures that lurk beyond the waves, while making it clear that Hinako is also part of her hunger. As their bond deepens, Watashi wo Tabetai, Hitodenashi leans into uneasy tenderness, pairing yuri-tinged romance with supernatural dread.
With a tragic undercurrent and a slow, briny atmosphere, the story balances comfort and threat, asking what it means to be wanted—for love, for survival, or for something far darker.
