These horse girls attend Tokyo's Tracen Academy, where they train to become the nation's top racers and idols. Special Week, a horse girl from the countryside, arrives at Tracen with a heartfelt promise to her mother to become the best horse girl in Japan. Upon her arrival, she becomes captivated by the racing style of a peer, Silence Suzuka, and vows to join the same team and strive towards her dream.
Special Week's determination leads her to become part of Silence Suzuka's team, Spica, and together they begin the arduous journey to the top of the racing world. Each race is a stepping stone towards fulfilling her promise, blending the thrill of competition with the pursuit of becoming a celebrated idol. Alongside her teammates, Special Week tackles various challenges on and off the track, aiming to win the prestigious Twinkle Series and secure her title as the country's number one horse girl.
