Summary
Amou Shiiba is a 16-year-old orphan living in futuristic post-war Japan. Divided into four military regions, it's a country full of conflict and oppression. When he finds Gai, a mysterious AI, he decides to help her and finds himself in the middle of a disaster. Labeled a terrorist, Amou is exiled, but he isn't ready to give up. He embarks on a journey to free Japan and make the country a better place.
On his quest, Amou meets people from all walks of life and even rebuilds a humanoid mecha called Kenbu. With his newfound allies, he faces the powerful rival nations and works to bring justice and freedom back to Japan. Together, they try to restore the land to its former glory, showing the world just what the Japanese people are capable of.
