Summary

In Hellsalem's Lot, which used to be called New York City, strange creatures like supersonic monkeys, vampires, and talking fish-people live with humans. Three years ago, a gateway opened between Earth and the Beyond, trapping everyone inside an invisible bubble. Libra is a secret group of superhumans that tries to keep things peaceful in the city so it doesn't spread to the rest of the world.

Leonardo Watch loves taking pictures, and he was living a normal life with his family until he got special powers from a set of "All-seeing Eyes of the Gods". To help his sister, who lost her sight, Leo went to Hellsalem's Lot to find out more about his powers. He joined Libra, and he was in for a surprise! Kekkai Sensen follows Leo's exciting adventures in a very strange place with his new friends. He never expected his life would be so extraordinary!
