Summary
After a devastating war, the governments of the world started to fight in the shadows.
Lily is a student in a school for spies. Although she did well on written tests, she only barely passed her practicals. With no real-world skills, she was sure she would fail to graduate. But then she was offered a chance to join a mysterious team called "Tomoshibi" and take on an impossible mission.
Lily eagerly accepted and went to Kagerou Palace. There she found out the true purpose of Tomoshibi and its dire situation. She was joined by other female spies and a mysterious young man in charge of the mission. Despite not being the ideal adventure she expected, Lily was ready to take on the challenge.
