Atarashii Joushi wa Do Tennen

26-year-old Kentarou Momose embarks on a fresh start in an advertising agency after a traumatic experience with a tyrannical boss nearly destroyed his health. On his very first day, however, the ghosts of his past resurface, leaving him paralyzed with a crippling stomachache from anxiety. He fears the worst from his new boss, Yuusei Shirosaki, wondering if history will repeat itself. Yet, Shirosaki's unconventional approach to work and his somewhat eccentric demeanor immediately set Momose's fears at ease. His new boss is not only capable but unexpectedly endearing, with a knack for defusing tension and fostering a positive work environment.

As they step out to meet clients together, Momose finds himself navigating a world quite different from his previous toxic workplace.
