Komichi Akebi had a dream of wearing a sailor uniform ever since she was young. When she gets accepted to Roubai Academy, her alma mater, the reality wasn't what she expected. Much to her surprise, there was no sailor uniforms as part of the school dress code!

But Komichi was determined and was granted permission to continue wearing her traditional attire. With a newfound hope, she soon meets new classmates and embarks on a journey of exciting opportunities and possibilities. School life is about to get more colorful for Komichi!
