Minoru Kagenou wanted to be strong, so he trained hard day and night. But one day, a tragic accident changed everything and Minoru thought his dreams were over. Instead, he woke up in a strange world, with magical powers beyond his wildest dreams.

He took on the alias Shadow and founded a secret society called Shadow Garden, with the goal of combating an evil cult known as the Cult of Diablos. As Shadow Garden's influence grew, Minoru had to face the reality that the Cult of Diablos was far more than a figment of his imagination.
