Summary
In a land threatened by flesh-eating youma, the silver-eyed warrior Clare travels from settlement to settlement, hunting the monsters with a massive sword.
Like other Claymores, she is a human-youma hybrid created to fight the creatures she resembles. After saving the orphaned Raki, Clare allows him to accompany her, and their journey exposes the cruelty of her organization, the danger within her own powers, and the tragedy behind her quiet pursuit of revenge.
