Bokura wa Minna Kawai-sou

Kazunari Usa is a high school freshman eager to embrace his new independent life as his parents move to a different area for work. Hoping for a peaceful and ordinary teenage experience, he moves into the Kawai Complex, only to find it anything but ordinary. His roommate, Shirosaki, is a perverted masochist, and other tenants like the alcoholic office lady Mayumi Nishikino and the flirtatious college student Sayaka Watanabe add to the eccentric atmosphere. Just as Kazunari is ready to leave, he meets Ritsu Kawai, a shy senior student, and starts to fall for her.

Despite the bizarre and comical challenges posed by his new living situation, Kazunari decides to stay at the Kawai Complex, drawn by his growing affection for Ritsu. As he navigates the quirks of his fellow tenants and tries to get closer to Ritsu, Kazunari embarks on a heartwarming and humorous journey of young love, friendship, and the unpredictable adventures that come with living in such an unusual place.
