Atri: My Dear Moments

In the near future, a mysterious sea rise has submerged much of human civilization, leaving Ikaruga Natsuki's old countryside home partially underwater. Having lost his mother and a leg in an accident years earlier, Natsuki returns disillusioned from the big city to face a harsh new reality. With only his grandmother's ship, submarine, and her debts, his hopes for the future seem bleak.

When a suspicious debt collector named Catherine offers him a chance to salvage his grandmother's sunken laboratory, Natsuki sets sail in search of rumored treasure. Instead, he discovers Atri, a robot girl lying in a coffin at the bottom of the sea. Atri's human-like emotions and gratitude for being saved lead her to declare she will fulfill her master's final order and be Natsuki's leg. As they embark on this unexpected journey, an unforgettable summer begins in a town slowly being enveloped by the ocean.
