After a brief closure, MgRonald's reopens, allowing Sadao Maou, also known as Satan, to resume his earthly guise as a fast-food worker. However, the normalcy of his day-to-day life is disrupted by the sudden appearance of individuals who bear striking resemblances to figures from his and Emi's pasts. As Emi Yusa, originally the hero Emilia from Ente Isla, ventures back to her homeworld, she unexpectedly fails to return, sparking concerns that ripple through both Earth and Ente Isla. Her absence triggers a series of chaotic events involving both demonic and heavenly forces that threaten the peace between the worlds.

Meanwhile, Chiho Sasaki, Sadao's earnest high school-aged coworker, embarks on a personal quest to develop telepathic abilities under the guidance of Emi and Suzuno Kamazuki. Her training takes an unforeseen turn when she becomes a target for demon abduction, forcing Sadao and Emi to reconsider their tumultuous history and work together to rescue her. As the lines between friend and foe blur, Sadao faces a dilemma that could end his stint in the fast-food industry and alter his life on Earth permanently, all while navigating the responsibilities of newfound alliances and the arrival of a mysterious baby.
