Buta no Liver wa Kanetsu Shiro

After indulging in the questionable delicacy of raw pig liver, a self-centered otaku experiences a bizarre twist of fate as he awakens in the body of a pig, trapped in a fantasy realm. Struggling to come to terms with his new porcine form, he encounters Jess, a kindhearted girl with the ability to read minds. Despite her telepathic insights into his less-than-noble thoughts, Jess, a member of the oppressed Yesma class recognized by their silver collars and telepathic abilities, takes him under her wing. Her unconditional acceptance challenges the pig to reconsider the values he held as a human.

As the pig grapples with his new reality, he learns of the grave dangers Jess faces due to her societal status and her mysterious, possibly perilous destiny. Determined to protect his first and only friend, he plans a perilous journey to the royal capital, hoping to restore his human form and advocate for Jess's safety. With only his wits and newfound understanding of loyalty and friendship, the pig must navigate a world filled with danger and discrimination, aiming to repay the compassion Jess has shown him.
