Misora Kanata, once a national champion cheerleader in middle school, joins the Takanosaki High School cheerleading team as a first-year student. However, a past mistake during a competition leaves her unable to jump. Determined to overcome her fears, she forms a bond with Suzuha, Shion, Anna, Onka, and Megumi, creating a new cheerleading squad named PoMPoMs. Together, they aim to go beyond the traditional cheerleading roles and touch the hearts of the people they support.

As the PoMPoMs cheer for their school and community, they find that their encouragement and energy have the power to bring about positive change.
