Summary
The Akatsuki Special Ward is under siege by foreign organizations, leaving the citizens caught in the middle of the chaos and destruction. The Scard vigilantes, who possess divine tattoos that grant them supernatural abilities, are the only hope to protect the ward. Eiji Arashiba, the Hero of Akatsuki, is one of them.
One day, Eiji and a boy he recently met, Yamato Kai, face off against the Dusk mafia syndicate. During the battle, Yamato dives in front of a sniper bullet to protect Eiji, but the shot still strikes his tattoo. To save Yamato, Eiji passes the tattoo onto him, entrusting him with protecting the Akatsuki Special Ward.
Will Yamato be able to use his newfound Scard powers to protect his loved ones and become the new Hero of Akatsuki, or will his efforts be in vain? Project Scard: Praeter no Kizu will reveal the fate of the Akatsuki Special Ward.
