Summary
Kazuya Souma, the "Realist Hero", continues his quest to reinvigorate the Elfrieden Kingdom with the help of his talented aides. He has just conquered the capital city of the Principality of Amidonia, Van, and now faces an envoy from the Gran Chaos Empire. The envoy wants to punish him for breaching the ban on war established by the Mankind Declaration Treaty.
Although it's a difficult situation, Kazuya has a plan that would allow him to avoid conflict and gain new allies. The only thing standing in his way is getting approval from the envoy. If his plan is successful, he could find a way out of this difficult situation.
