Fuutarou Uesugi is a diligent tutor, and his guidance is helping the Nakano quintuplets improve their academic performance. Despite this, their path to graduation is still rocky, as they often cause various situations that delay their tutoring. As Fuutarou becomes more involved in their personal lives, the relationship between them grows more complicated.

At the same time, Fuutarou starts to realize that he may have a connection with one of the five girls from his past. As their feelings for each other start to overlap, they must decide if their bond will stay as teacher and students, or if it will become something else entirely.
