High school student Reki Kyan loves skateboarding. Every night, he heads to an illegal race called "S," inside a mine, where skaters compete in dangerous challenges. But after a loss, his skateboard is destroyed and his arm is broken, so he can’t practice anymore.

At school, Reki meets his new classmate, Langa Hasegawa. Langa is half-Canadian and half-Japanese and he needs money. Reki's boss asks them to visit "S" and they get into trouble. To get out, they have to take part in a bet where Langa has to skate in a race.

But Langa holds a secret that could help him win the race. Will it be enough to help him beat Reki?
