Mouretsu Pirates

Marika Katou, a high school student and member of her school's yacht club, discovers that her late father was the legendary pirate captain of the spaceship Bentenmaru. To her surprise, she is now required to take over his position as captain due to the terms of their Privateer’s contract. With the support of her yacht club friends and her father's eccentric crew, who double as high school teachers, Marika embarks on an adventurous new life as a space pirate.

Balancing her school life and her new role, Marika faces various challenges, including rival space pirates, princesses in peril, and government agents keeping a close watch on her. As she learns the ropes of her father's old job, Marika must prove herself worthy of the captain's seat and uphold the legacy of the Bentenmaru, all while navigating the complexities of interstellar piracy.
