Build Divide: Code Black

Neo Kyoto is a mysterious city where everything is decided through the strategic card game, "Build Divide". Players must strive to become the King, the one with the highest skill and near-total rule over the city. But one day, a young man named Teruto Kurabe wakes up in Neo Kyoto without any memories, except for his name and a deck of cards he doesn't remember how to play.

Luckily, he meets Sakura Banka, another Build Divide player, who helps him remember how to play and his original mission: to meet the King. The two decide that their best chance is to compete in the Rebuild tournament, which promises a royal audience to the first one who can collect twenty-one tokens from other players. But as Teruto continues to play, he begins to recall his lost memories, raising questions about the true purpose of Neo Kyoto.
